What’s Your Risk Number
Many investors don’t understand how their assets could be impacted by a large sell-off in the stock market, an increase in interest rates or another major financial crisis. The Risk Number® is an objective, mathematical approach to removing subjectivity by quantifying the risk of investors and portfolios. The Risk Number is calculated based on downside risk. On a scale from 1 to 99, the greater the potential loss, the greater the Risk Number. Obtaining your risk number is as simple as answering a few questions and will take less than five minutes.
